Bio: Professor Liang Yang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. His primary research focuses on wireless communications and optical wireless communications. He has published over 130 papers in IEEE journals, including 8 Highly Cited Papers and 2 Hot Papers, with an H-index of 41 on both Google Scholar and ResearchGate. He has been consecutively named to the Stanford University World's Top 2% Scientists list for five years and selected as an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher in 2023 and 2024. He has led 5 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and served as principal investigator for one project under the National Key R&D Program of China. Additionally, he participated as the project leader in one Key Project of the NSFC Regional Innovation and Development Joint Fund. Professor Yang serves on the editorial boards of several international journals. He was awarded the Guangdong Provincial Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation in 2007. He also serves as Vice President of the Hunan Electronics Society.

Bio: Ph.D., Professor, Ph.D. Advisor, and Postdoctoral Fellow at Southeast University. Engaged in research and teaching in the fields of computer vision, graphics and image processing, cultural computing, and image cognition and understanding. Core member of the “Graphics and Image Processing” research initiative at the School of Information Science, Yunnan University, and core member of the “Graphics and Image Course Cluster.” Head of the master’s thesis advisory team for the “Electronic Information Engineering and Applications” program in Yunnan Province. He has led more than 20 projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education’s Doctoral Program Fund, key projects under the Yunnan Provincial Basic Research Program, the Yunnan Provincial Expert Workstation, key projects under the Yunnan Provincial “Double First-Class” Construction Joint Special Program, and sub-projects under the Yunnan Provincial Major Special Program. He has published more than 80 papers in domestic and international journals and conference proceedings, holds more than 10 authorized invention patents, and has authored three monographs published by Science Press and other publishers.
